Summary of Role:
As a new to career Change Management Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our change management initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze, document, and enhance business processes, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of changes.
Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and objectives.
Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to support change initiatives.
Support the communication and training efforts related to change initiatives.
Monitor and report on the progress of change management projects.
Assist in the evaluation of the impact of changes on business processes and systems.
Participate in meetings and workshops to gather information and provide insights.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies is a plus.
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self-starter who can work well independently or in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Project and program management experience.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Able to cope with pressure.
Strong business acumen.

Expected Salary Range
$62,700.00 - $112,000.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
