Field Service Representative – Malmö

This role is a mixture of 50% On Site at Malmö TS HQ, managing and supporting internal Technical requests and 50% field based supporting the Field Business activities in south Sweden and Copenhagen area.

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Is this you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance on technical medical devices

  • Demonstrated high degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Proven track record of working independently, making critical decisions with very limited direction.

  • Multiple project and time management skills.

  • Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Language: fluent in Swedish and English is a must. Danish is a plus.

What will you do at Stryker?

  • Develop understanding of Comms / Medsurg product portfolio to enable technical and critical thinking and facilitate surgical procedures as well as support others using the equipment

  • Responsible for trouble shooting and maintaining the overall status of Stryker equipment

  • Provide proactive service and Field action in dedicated area

  • Performing yearly preventative maintenance

  • Focus on improving the quality of service within the main accounts in the dedicated area

  • Manage internal routine admin and quality assignments

  • Quality inspections, functional testing and calibrations of Stryker’s and customer devices.
