The Site Supervisor of Distribution supervises and coordinates the day to day activities of the Everett Storeroom and Receiving with regards to supervision of personnel, receipt of goods, storage of goods, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Implements a property management and control system that interacts with the MediTech Materials Management Module.

Performs all record keeping and administrative duties, to include the ordering of all Storeroom supplies.

Responsible for all inventories including department inventories at WMH.

Responsible for budget management including invoice reconciliation and freight management. Responsible to monitor recalls and to follow through as necessary

Oversees the development and implementation of the Network Storeroom

Directly supervises the daily activities of staff

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent, relevant experience required

Minimum of 3 years work experience in a hospital Storeroom and Purchasing Department required.

Individual must also have working knowledge of an automated inventory system
