The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Enablement Team is primarily responsible for the global onboarding of new hires which begins with NetSuite Foundations, Operations, Product/Vertical-Specific In-Depth Training, case shadowing and Buddy-Up. Likewise, the team provides a holistic onboarding experience that covers the essentials of customer success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment

  • 3-5 years of experience relevant to this position preferably as an ACS Consultant

  • Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and superior time-management skills.

  • Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage responsibilities simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level

  • Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures

Responsibilities

As an Enablement Lead, you will help oversee onboarding of new ACS Consultants, including facilitating orientations, training delivery and performance evaluations. Some key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Deliver training on NetSuite methodologies or product/solutions to NetSuite consulting personnel.

  • Coordinate daily activities of the work group/batch, setting schedules and priorities to ensure task completion.

  • Become the knowledge expert on different areas of delivery.

  • Apply real-world examples from own job experience to assist in the learning process.

  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches, updating content (if necessary) and techniques to adapt to business needs.

  • Maintain deep knowledge and skill level while demonstrating expertise for majority of the topics/product areas.

  • Acts as a consultative resource based on expertise and experience.

  • Maintenance of resources and tools primarily essential for daily instructor activities. This includes regular reviews of training roadmap, syllabus, decks and checkpoint exams.

  • Design and develop learning courses relative to product development and business needs.

  • Conduct onsite training sessions as needed.
