We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Senior Director – Japan Global Solutions at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. This role is focused on supporting Internal and external partners in the delivery of value to Aon. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

What the day will look like :

Client Ownership

  • Cross-selling and expanding the existing insurance programs with our clients; developing and managing client relationships in order to increase penetration sales and cultivate new business opportunities

  • Develop close collaboration with local and regional Japanese teams to ensure that client requirements are adequately known and addressed

    Operational Excellence

  • Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform.

  • Where required, managing renewal process, including preparing the renewal documents, presenting to client for approval, obtaining the binding order, and reviewing policy documentation and delivering to client in a timely manner

  • Adapt the consultative approach to better articulate the add value of Aon

    Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.

  • Build on the strengths of the team, developing HiPo talent and address the gaps in expertise.

  • Promote the Aon brand thru initiated marketing events and social platforms Acting as support and escalation points for team members.

    About You:

    Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals.

  • Accountable for driving the in-country Japan Global Solutions (JGS) growth plan and focused on sales and growth.

  • Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships.

  • Work with local and regional partners to develop client solutions and recommendations for Japanese accounts in the Philippines.

  • Coordinate, align, and focus the best resources to pipeline opportunities.

  • Promote the JGS capabilities to all industries.

  • Implement different cross-selling initiatives.

  • Identify and develop new Japanese business opportunities for Aon in the Philippines.

  • Work collaboratively with Aon stakeholders to effectively prospect for and acquire new clients, resulting in revenue growth.

  • Lead, manage, and implement the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio contributing to the annual planning cycle.

  • Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.

  • Develop close collaboration with local and regional Japanese teams to ensure that client requirements are adequately known and addressed.

  • Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.
