Main Task/Important Responsibilities:
Have a thorough understanding of the client’s HSE and CBRE policies,
Provide oversight of the incident management system on the account, ensuring all applicable incidents are investigated,
Enter incidents and their associated documentation into the Harbour system,
Enter data for risks and issues into the risk management system,
Govern the HSE and risk assurance program for the account and escalate where non-compliance is sighted,
Follow up with individuals who have overdue actions within both the Harbour and ARMS system,
Manage lessons learned and their distribution,
Issue WHS work orders to the operational team through the Si7 system,
Monthly reporting of HSE performance with leading and lagging KPIs, including all data management and graphs,
Ownership of the induction framework for the account and adding updates, when required,
Administer the creation of HSE forms within the relevant system (Damstra, Si7, Smartsheet, Microsoft Forms) and ensure the form remains applicable,
Produce process flows for new HSE and risk procedures,
Update account HSE procedures in collaboration with stakeholders,
Deliver training and coaching on the HSE and risk management systems, where required.
Qualifications:
Technical qualification (engineering /safety engineering/ systems),
Advanced training/certification in HSSE management is an advantage,
Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role,
Advanced English is a must

- Ability to identify and eliminate health, safety, ergonomic and environmental hazards in workplace.
