Manage a group of service associates and Partners with US Manager and Subject Matter Experts Service to align with complying with client needs. Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients, BU Partners and Associates

Must have at least 3-4 years of Leadership experience for external candidates with inbound and back-office experience. Currently holding a Team Lead role for lateral transfer.
