ADP NAS Implementation ICE Associate Implementation Consultant in Makati City Metro Manila, Philippines
Your role as NAS ICE - (IC) Associate Implementation Consultant, you will carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between ADP's largest clients and our industry-leading payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure your clients achieve long-term success. Once ADP services are delivered, your efforts will have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of your clients' employees from paychecks to health benefits and beyond. Partners with Implementation Project Teams throughout the Implementation process. Coordinates Client and Vendor Business requirements and takes the lead on company structure decisions in Analysis calls to meet integrations requirements. Translates business requirements to ADP-specified format via Data Collector. Documents and configures realistic and applicable test scenarios for Development's validation process. Executes standard processes on QA testing of Integrations to ensure quality delivery to client/vendor. Provides support and recommendations to the client during their testing phase. Participates in project planning and project management discussions. Owns the process of transmission setups (MFT creation, secured file delivery) Leads the transition of work to client support teams. Provides timely and accurate updates throughout the life cycle of the project. You will also be assigned various projects as required by the business to provide optimal service solutions to our clients.
PRODUCT / TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in PC navigation and Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Office Tools Ability to utilize Planning and Organizing skills to drive timely and quality results on projects. Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple projects and requirements. Strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs. Proficient in Excel PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in managing Projects from start to completion. More than 1 year of experience working in a client service/ Business Analyst environment. Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards. Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level. Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations. Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems. Proficient with SQL, Data Mover, Import Utility, relational tables, and payroll processing. Proficient in Ultra Edit, text editors, and database skills. Experience configuring 3rd party vendor integrations and report writing.
