Your role: In this role, it's all about enabling our clients to be more effective employers by identifying,

defining and assessing their needs. Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients

and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide “Everyday Excellence” and improve our

client’s experience. (P.S. Did you know that the majority of our customers are not only satisfied, but they'd

recommend ADP to someone else?) As a Manager, you will be responsible for overall productivity of the

team and ensuring on time delivery for clients under South East Asia (SEA).

What you’ll do:

➢ Responsible for planning, assigning, reviewing and coaching team members for successful

completion of their operational duties and to strive for excellence.

➢ Review existing procedures to streamline them and also identify areas of process improvements

to increase the productivity of the team.

➢ Complete ownership of all process that the team handles for their clients and for the members

growth & progress

➢ Comply with the standard operating norms of the organization – Information management

system, Quality management systemand Information security management system procedures.

➢ Serve as point of escalation for your client’s queries which are to be resolved within defined SLA.

➢ Take part in the hiring and onboarding process i.e. work closely with HR team in identifying the

right candidate.

➢ Responsible to drive projects / products / change management for automation by working with

project team.

➢ Responsible for client satisfaction (including NPS)

➢ Work based on local country working hours.

Qualifications you’ll need:

Education: Any graduation

Experience:

➢ At least 8+ years in handling payroll operations by building and anchoring a team.

➢ Knowledge on compensation structure, payroll and statutory is vital.

➢ Ability to showcase experience in use of Excel and PowerPoint .

➢ Ability to articulate well and create strong connects with internal and external stakeholders.

➢ Effective time management, organization, and planning skills required.

➢ Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and mentoring skills expected.

Bonus points if you have these:

➢ Being a catalyst for change.

➢ Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.

➢ Having an eye for detail is a plus.
