Chevron Corporation Talent Acquisition Coordination Representative - Night shift (Direct Hire Contractor) in Makati City Chevron 6750 Office, Philippines

Provides transactional and administrative support for a significant number of Human Resource's programs and systems, primarily the ones described in the responsibilities. Investigates additional support opportunities.

Performs routine tasks independently. General supervision of non-routine work. Has basic knowledge of Chevron policies and practices

Chevron is accepting online applications for the Talent Acquisition Coordination Representative - Night shift (Direct Hire Contractor) position through October 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time. .

Note: This is for a 1-year employment contract.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:  

  • Arrange interview, assessments, or testing of shortlisted candidates.

  • ​Prepare job offer letter.

  • Process full offer pack to candidates when all recruitment checks have been satisfied.

  • Conduct pre-employment coordination to ensure readiness of new hire’s requirements on Day 1.

  • Initiate pre-employment contingencies to ensure required compliance are met.

  • Process all reference requests and collect documents in line with Chevron requirements—chase and ensure responses are back within agreed timeline.

  • Review and log all returned disclosures, informing Recruiters of the outcome where appropriate.

  • Ensure background checks and requirements have been reviewed and ‘Clear for Hire’ has been communicated to the Recruiter.

  • Perform candidate boarding action.

  • Communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face, and by email.

  • Respond to queries from Recruiters, supporting and advising them to follow the correct procedures for high quality recruitment.

  • Handle recruitment queries in a responsive and customer-focused way

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses

  • At least 1-3 years work experience on data management

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Experience in ServiceNow and Workday is a plus

  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule including nightshift
