Schedule: Full-time nights

Shift: Saturday - Monday 6:30pm - 7am

The role you’ll contribute:

The Clinical Radiology Facilitator Supervisor, under the direction of the Manager, is responsible for overseeing the greeting, instructing, and guiding of the Radiology Facilitators, Radiologists, Radiology Residents, Medical Students and observers. Provides professional customer service in person, over the phone, and electronic communication.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Prepares and oversees the scheduling, credentialing, evaluations, and day to day operations of the Radiology Facilitators (RF).

• Oversees PACS worklist and escalation management ensuring a timely reading, appropriate documentation, and report delivery to physicians/nursing units.

• Provides orientation and training for new RF staff

• Provides turn-around time data on exams, phone stats, radiation dosimetry badges and results, supply budget, updated standard operating procedures/policies and other data requested by management.

• Maintain supplies

• Participates in process improvement initiatives.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications :

• Associate’s Degree

• 3 years Radiology experience

• 1 year of leadership experience

• Current ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT certification

• Florida General Radiographer License (CRT)

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field
