Actalent QA Validation Associate in Mainland, Pennsylvania

Job Title: QA Validation AssociateJob Description

Responsible for reviewing customer-supplied documentation, making the initial assessment of what validation activities need to be performed based upon the company's Validation Master Plan, reviewing the information with the Quality Assurance group, writing the respective validation protocols, helping to execute the protocol, and writing the Validation Report. • Perform Equipment Gap analysis. • Review all questions, errors, and deviations with the respective departmental Management and QA and resolve issues. • Maintain the completed validation documentation and all associated data. • Maintain open communication with Project Management for validation requirements. • Maintain Calibration Management database. • Enter, change, and update equipment status in Calibration Management database. • Provide PM and Calibration documentation to either internal or external personnel. • Review completed validation, PM, calibration documentation for accuracy and GMP compliance. • Assist with writing validation protocols. • Assist with writing protocols for production. • Assist with cleaning assessments. • Responsible for writing deviations, Investigations, CAPA's, and Change Controls as it relates to validation.
