Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-focused Kids Club Concierge with Russian language proficiency to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional and memorable experiences for our younger guests by organizing activities, engaging with children, and ensuring they have a safe, fun, and educational stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with children and families, ensuring a warm and friendly experience for our younger guests.
• Organize, plan, and facilitate creative, educational, and entertaining activities tailored to various age groups.
• Communicate with children and parents in both Russian and English to ensure clear understanding of activities, rules, and services.
• Monitor the safety and well-being of children in the Kids Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Kids Club environment.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services for families.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Previous experience working with children in a similar hospitality or childcare environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A creative, energetic, and engaging personality.
• First-aid certification or willingness to obtain is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-energy environments.
