Job Description:
The person hired for this position will be responsible for learning and supporting the Process Engineering activities at the 3M Ranjangaon, Pune plant.He/She will be responsible for understanding and executing continuous improvement projects for different value streams at 3M Ranjangaon, Pune plant. Work closely with operations team to design and implement safe & sustainable manufacturing system. Use engineering knowledge & skills to drive change management process while implementing improvement actions.We are proud to offer a culture with high levels of teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation.
