Job Posting: Electricians Needed for Amazon Fulfillment Center Project

Location: Canton Ms

Contract Duration: Immediate Start – Project runs through October

Positions Available: 110+ Electricians (All Skill Levels Welcome: Journeyman, Apprentice, Industrial, Residential, Commercial)

Pay: Up to $25-$36/hr + $90 Per Diem

Overview:

We are seeking skilled and motivated electricians to join our dynamic team for a major electrical project at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. With 110+ positions available, this is an excellent opportunity for electricians of all skill levels—from apprentices to journeymen—to gain valuable experience working on a high-profile industrial facility. The project is expected to run through October, with competitive pay and full benefits provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within the Amazon Fulfillment Center, including lighting, power, and distribution systems.

• Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.

• Work alongside other skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

• Take part in assessments on Day 1 to determine appropriate pay rates based on skills and experience.

• Participate in training or skill development opportunities as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Journeyman Electricians : Must have valid state or federal journeyman license and 4+ years of experience.

• Apprentice Electricians : Must be enrolled in an approved apprenticeship program or have at least 1 year of electrical experience.

• Industrial Electricians : Previous experience working in industrial or manufacturing settings.

• Residential & Commercial Electricians : Previous experience in residential or commercial electrical installations.

Compensation:

• Pay rates range from $25 to $36 per hour, determined by an assessment on Day 1.

• $90 per diem per day (paid weekly).

• Overtime and shift differentials may apply based on project needs.
