GE Healthcare Order Management Apprentice in Madrid, Spain

Job Description Summary

As an apprentice for Order Management team, you’ll perform support in internal process & tools transactions (Oracle, MyO, EOM), documentation preparation in view of deliveries& installations, administrative interactions with global manufacturing, Region Operations departments, local sales, warehouse, logistic and finance team.

You will execute standard tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acting as an information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.

  • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered

  • Provide support in internal tools transactions to Order Management team

  • Liaise with sales, local warehouse, logistic, finance, service teams to facilitate documentation and tools update

Qualifications & Requirements

  • IMPORTANT: Spain based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and they must not have had this type of contract previously - The length of this contract is up to 12 months.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy.

  • The ability to learn fast and team player

  • Time Management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision.

  • Fluent English.

Desired skills

  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.

  • Ability to multitask and Resourceful
