Looking for an exciting role where you can develop your career within Legal and/or Compliance? This is your lucky day, because we are now hiring an Legal and Ethics&Compliance trainee to join our dynamic and inspiring team.
Role Function
In this role you will provide support related to legal and compliance activities for the Iberia Organization, by working in coordination with both teams.
You will focus on providing administrative and technical support to the Legal and Compliance team while receiving specific training related to legal and compliance activities and what it means within an international setting.
Accountabilities
Assist in the development and implementation of internal compliance plans.
Support in the review of contracts and corporate documentation
Give support to the commercial teams in promotional activities creation and approval process in coordination with marketing, medical, regulatory and 3rd party agencies.
Play an active role in creation and communication of internal trainings.
Support the coordination of regional, national, and international initiatives.
Assist in audits corrective action plans, coordinate meeting minutes of Committees and follow-up actions with related stakeholders.
Act according to Corporate, Compliance, Ethical codes, and Legal standards
Promotes, encourage and demonstrate commitment to Takedaism philosophy and values.
Communicate to pharmacovigilance department any adverse reaction at the time of becoming aware of it, following company's internal procedures.
Education:
University Law Degree (mandatory)
Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
Master degree related with pharmaceutical industry (Desirable)
Experience:
Minimum experience 1 years working experience in role with similar complexity (Desirable)
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is valued
Skills:
Communication and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrable thirst for knowledge with an ability to assimilate information quickly.
Experience of working in a matrix management environment is valued
Passionate and self-confident
IT skills in particularly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
