As a student intern in the Finance department , you will be fully supported by the department.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks following the highest standards:

o Preparation of invoices for shipment

o Support in internal controls through spreadsheets

o Support in internal and external audits

o Performing revenue and balance sheet account reconciliations

o Inventory transfer management

o Support in the execution of orders and purchase orders

o Support and preparation of informative returns for the Tax Agency

o Review of documentation, support and support in administrative processes

o Improvement of accounts payable processes and invoice accounting

o Support in archiving tasks

o Support tasks for collection control

o High level of English

o Knowledge of office tools: Excel, Word, Power Point

o Good communication, organizational, and planning skills

o Positive attitude and proactivity

o Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service

o Organizational capabilities

o Skills to work individually and in a team

o Good presence

o Appropriate behavior
