Klantenservice Medewerker Medische Service - een klantgericht persoon die fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten die contact opnemen met het Informatiecentrum over producten en diensten.

De Klantenservice Medewerker Medische Service gebruikt zijn/haar ervaring in de gezondheidszorg en product-/ziektestatustraining om specifieke product- en/of ziektestatusinformatie effectief en consistent te communiceren via telefoon, e-mail en schriftelijke communicatie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Verstrekt informatie over de product- en ziektetoestand met betrekking tot zowel on- als off-label informatie binnen de richtlijnen van Standard Responses.

• Effectief en consistent communiceren van berichten, tijdige productinformatie en/of specifieke aanbiedingen aan artsen, zorgpersoneel en/of consumenten via uitgaande teleservice.

• Voldoen aan alle branchevoorschriften, inclusief processen voor bijwerkingen en productkwaliteit.

• Up-to-date houden van kennis van product-, medische, ziekte- en branche-informatie.

• Verkrijg relevante klantinformatie en registreer klantinteracties in de juiste systemin.

• Interactie met teamleden om een breed aantal producten, medische en zakelijke problemen te beheren en best practices te delen.

Kwalificaties:

• Nederlands als moedertaal niveau C1/ C2 en Frans B2+ en Engels B2+ (mondeling en schriftelijk).

• Eerdere ervaring in een callcenter omgeving heeft de voorkeur.

• Ervaring met het verstrekken van medische informatie en klantenservice aan zorgprofessionals via de telefoon heeft sterk de voorkeur.

• Uitstekende verbale, telefonische en schriftelijke vaardigheden vereist.

Opleiding:

• Schoolverlater met +3 jaar MBO, HBO of WO niveau of:

• 2+ jaar ervaring binnen life science/biowetenschap

• 3+ jaar training in life science is een pré
