As Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations, you\'ll lead the charge on building and refining a next-generation technology infrastructure to help us serve those members and their communities for decades to come. Your Role: You\'ll own the development and execution of strategies within Technology Infrastructure, Operations, and Systems Management to ensure seamless connectivity, optimized performance, and alignment with business objectives. You\'ll be accountable for overall run the business functions and development of strategies to modernize our collective organization and infrastructure with cloud-native application development and a software-first mindset, leveraging both in-house abilities and public cloud providers. You\'ll bring to life a reliable and scalable technology environment that modernizes, secures, and standardizes Medica\'s platforms. You\'ll collaborate with senior leaders to drive fast innovation, maintain robust security, and lead various transformation efforts that support business growth and efficiency. Responsibilities We\'ll Trust You With: Strategic Planning and Oversight Develop and execute on a Hybrid Cloud Architecture, integration strategies aligned with vision and growth objectives, and a five-year strategy to reposition our overall environment. Cultivate a software-first mindset in all facets of infrastructure and operations - which is key to Medica\'s modernization and longer-term success. Develop and execute strategies around transformation initiatives, infrastructure migration planning, and overall enterprise Technology modernization. Create and execute an overall Global Partnership strategy that supports Medica Tech\'s strategic workforce planning and financials to meet company objectives. Partner with C-suite and business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Strategy, Planning and Oversight Lead strategy and planning of architecture, deployment, and management of all technology infrastructure including data centers, cloud environments, networking, storage, and backup solutions. Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of critical infrastructure systems. Implement infrastructure automation and optimization to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
