JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Universities of Wisconsin (UW) is a constellation of 13 public universities across the state. These universities all hold commitments to supporting UW students\' mental health and working to create conditions in support of health and wellbeing. To leverage the expertise, creativity, and skills across all UW universities, the Shared Projects Coordinator will assist with the sharing of mental health promotion and suicide prevention resources and scaling of projects that are currently underway and ready for broader implementation. To achieve this, the position will work in close collaboration with Universities of Wisconsin Administration staff who coordinate systemwide behavioral health initiatives. This role will be positioned at the University of Wisconsin-Madison within the Universities Health Services Prevention Team. To start, the Shared Projects Coordinator will support the UW-Madison team, Universities of Wisconsin staff, and contacts from across UW universities in implementing the UW-Madison online suicide prevention trainings (Recognize, Respond, Refer) across all 13 UW campuses. This will involve offering direct support to each university with customizations, technical assistance, program maintenance/updates as needed, communications/marketing, and compiling/sharing evaluation data. Essential Responsibilities: Advance suicide prevention and mental health promotion strategies across the Universities of Wisconsin through the following activities: --Collaborate with UW universities to implement online suicide prevention training resources and provide: --Ongoing support with customizations (removing UW-Madison specific language/imagery and working with individual campuses to integrate relevant resource information) --Technical assistance (exporting training links, creating Canvas content for campuses as needed, troubleshooting issues as they arise, managing transition of faculty/staff training programs from Canvas to Workday) program updates/maintenance (ensuring that campus programs are all as up to date as possible, making annual updates to align with more current curriculum and training materials) --Evaluation (creating program...
