The Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and manages projects and programs that influence stakeholders or market leadership towards Stars improvement, innovation, and/or improved quality metrics through interventions and test and learns. The Senior Program Delivery Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth management of projects and programs and communications.
The Senior Program Delivery Professional develops and helps manage programs designed to drive results-oriented relationships. Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning and execution. Reviews and communicates results of programs. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

An ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent capacity to support the team’s high-profile strategy by managing of a portfolio of projects and test and learn initiatives to facilitate learning, analysis and efficient results reporting.
An ideal candidate will contribute to team efficiency by proactively and independently connecting with stakeholders and partners to employ team strategy and track tasks, deadlines, and objectives to anticipate team needs and drive desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Working autonomously to gather needed resources to support team strategy and projects
Making recommendations to team members and leadership that contribute to success
Decide on moderately complex issues using discretion and experience to help ensure team objectives are met
Maintain and update portfolio of stakeholders and comprehensive project plan of current internal and external initiatives and test and learn projects
Maintain and manage inputs and engage directly responsible individuals (DRIs) to monitor progress against the comprehensive team project plan
Proactively and independently connecting with stakeholders and partners to support team strategy and track tasks, deadlines, and objectives to anticipate team needs and drive desired outcomes
Manage stakeholder Governance & Relationship Administration through maintaining calendar of engagement and collaboration, setting up on meetings, managing deadlines, and setting and following up on meeting agendas
Support team with needs related to the project plan and portfolio of stakeholders
Support team test and learn strategy by managing of a portfolio of projects and test and learn initiatives to facilitate test and analysis and efficient results reporting

Effective communication and management skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Project and program management experience
PMP certification a plus
Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
Strong analytical skills

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$84,600 - $116,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
