The Role
The Senior Lead Program Manager is a strategic position within the Change Imperative PMO team for the Customer Success, CX, Marketing and Comms organization. The Sr. Lead Program Manager is responsible for developing plans and managing implementation activities for large complex projects and programs that help diagnose and reduce customer churn, improve customer experience, streamline operations, or enhance service to the Lumen business and customers. Work Location
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.
The Main Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships, which includes working with all levels and organizations.
Manages or leads stakeholders to determine program objectives and execute on deliverables, progress, risk/issue management, scope, and timing; works with cross-functional groups from Operations, Finance, IT, etc.
Anticipates and actively seeks opportunities to transform the business, eliminate costs through these efforts, make solution recommendations, and provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to current business process.
Responsible for identifying and coordinating resource needs within multiple departments and lines of business. Gathers input from various team leads and SMEs to create and validate comprehensive requirements, rollout plans and test plans for their initiatives.
Ability to quickly understand technical aspects of operational products/services, both from a functionality perspective as well as from an operations/set up perspective and be able to articulate them to a less technical audience.
Identify/analyze process risks and inefficiencies; actively seeks opportunities to transform the business and eliminate costs through these efforts.

What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 6+ years related experience.
Experience leading complex projects and/or technology programs in the technology industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively, in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to take initiative to develop new strategies and outside-the-box ideas.
Preferred qualifications: Formal recognized project and/or Agile certification requirements (e.g., CPO, CSM, PMI, PMP)
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$94420 - $125890 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$99390 - $132510 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$104360 - $139140 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$109330 - $145770 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
