Responsibilities:

Application Onboarding & Integration:

Lead the onboarding of new applications into the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including requirements gathering, system analysis, and configuration.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and define application access needs, roles, entitlements, and integration requirements for onboarding.

Design, configure, and implement SailPoint IIQ connectors to ensure seamless communication between the IIQ platform and various enterprise applications.

Support the integration of new applications into the Identity Governance lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational security and compliance policies.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and IT operations to understand application needs and design appropriate onboarding solutions.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to the onboarding process, including application-specific configurations, role mappings, and integration steps.

Provide training and support to internal teams regarding the SailPoint IIQ onboarding process and best practices.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Troubleshoot issues related to the onboarding of applications, including integration errors, configuration challenges, and access provisioning issues.

Provide post-onboarding support to ensure smooth operation of onboarded applications and resolve any access-related issues in a timely manner.

Work Experience:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and application onboarding.

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and other identity governance technologies.

Proven track record of successfully onboarding applications into an IAM platform, preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ.

In-depth understanding of PAM best practices, privileged account lifecycle management, and security protocols.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, roles, policies, and workflows.

Knowledge of Identity Governance concepts such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Familiarity with security protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP, AD, etc.) and integration techniques.

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with PAM tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar solutions is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on process and security best practices.
