UW HOSPITAL & CLINICS RN Program Manager Interventional in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN Program Manager Interventional Pulmonary - 33110 100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to be: * A technical expert in the field of Interventional Pulmonary. * Responsible for overseeing management of this highly complex patient population and program. * Coordinate reports and statistics to improve programmatic performance. * Use critical thinking skills, data points and a systems perspective to enhance and improve program outcomes. * Work collaboratively with all organizational stakeholders including other program managers, leaders, staff, providers, and others as is necessary. Preferred - Masters in Nursing, Healthcare, Administration or related field. Work Experience : Minimum - Five (5) years relevant nursing experience to program of responsibility. Preferred - Prior program management/leadership experience. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact.
