Position Overview The Revenue Cycle Learning Specialist prepares and facilitates training for new hire and existing employee training in the Revenue Cycle Management Team, with guided direction from leadership. This role supports Exact Sciences through subject matter and training expertise to ensure all team members are trained properly and competencies are successfully met. This role assists in maintaining accurate data reporting practices to ensure a consistent and diligent capture of training and competency. In addition, this role is responsible for keeping employees of multiple levels up to date on processes and procedures through training and editing training materials/assessments/competencies to reflect current process. Lastly, this role completes assigned competencies/end-user-proficiency assessments for learners and files training documentation appropriately. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform all assigned job duties while following laboratory and regulatory policies and procedures. Deliver training through in-person training, virtual training, hands-on/on-the-job training, and other modalities, as needed. Provide subject matter and adult learning expertise in the design and delivery of training. Identify and adapt training style to meet learner needs. Identify learning needs by assessing overall status of employee performance and departmental needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training. Remain informed of procedure/workflow updates and distribute information appropriately. Respond to technical questions or seek guidance if answers are unknown. Assist in retraining employees, as needed. Help develop the training expertise, behavior, mindsets, and skillsets of team members. Collaborate with other trainers cross-functionally. Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining training materials or process documentation. Assist in the development and administration of learning exams and/or competency evaluations.
