JOB REQUIREMENTS: Property Maintenance Tech - Temp-to-Hire Madison, WI Must have 2 or fewer at-fault driving accidents or minor moving violations in that past 3 years to be eligible. Required: Basic knowledge of building maintenance principles including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and HVAC. Must provide own tools. Be detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills are a must. Live within a 30 miles radius of downtown Madison. OT is mandatory during August-September campus turnover, including weekend work. A background check is required. Pay Rate: \$20-\$30/hr based on experience.
