Description Lutheran Social Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to join our Housing Program in Madison The Supervisor will provide direct oversight of Madison based tax credit property management staff. Will also provide technical assistance and support to tax credit property management staff across the system. This role will have direct property property manager duties at the Amphora Apartments in Madison, a 45 unit family building on the West side of town as well as direct supervisor responsibilities to other property managers in the area ( Enso and Revival Ridge Apartments). Hours will need to have some flexibility, but generally will be first shift Monday through Friday. This is a full time role with full benefits. The right candidate will have a high level of professionalism, accountability, be committed to the position, can work well in stressful environment, and is comfortable with change. Prior supervisory and budgetary experience is strongly preferred. The Program Supervisor has day-to-day responsibilities for one or more programs within the Business Unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, effective coordination of day-to-day program operations, direct supervision and performance management of program staff and their work assignments, ensuring the program meets licensing and/or contract requirements, ensuring agency best practice standards are met.
