Job Description
We are looking for a capable and energetic Technical Program Manager to help us deliver our mission offering highly available, integrated, and scalable platform to securely develop, build, test and deploy enterprise-grade apps and services on the cloud. Our products provide an integrated customer experience across all OCI, SaaS, GIU and multi-cloud environments.
The Observability and Data Services team delivers several internal services as well as external OCI services such as Logging, Telemetry, OpenSearch, Streaming, and Queue.The portfolio provides foundational building blocks for highly efficient, reliable, performant, and scalable applications and services on top of Oracle Cloud, and is critical to key customers and the strategic ambitions of the entire Oracle Cloud.
This role is a critical function to ensure that we deliver against our commitments on time and with high quality across a complex and critical ecosystem. We fulfill program manager responsibilities for our organization across a broad portfolio of organization-wide initiatives, as well as dive in to run high priority and high visibility projects for service teams within the portfolio as needed.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure projects/products are completed on schedule.
Building strong relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and partners to achieve successful outcomes.
Define milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies and deliver iteratively.
Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and programs.
Managing both internal and external communications with stakeholders.
Identifying and addressing key goals, business concerns, and priorities to ensure they are understood and addressed.
Tracking priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.
Continuously seeking ways to improve and simplify business procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stewarding change and being an effective ambassador for projects/programs owned.
Building and maintaining consistent reporting across the service portfolio.
Influencing, and gaining sponsorship from multiple stakeholders across Engineering Lines of business to ensure a successful execution of the project/program.
Identifying, prioritizing, and successfully executing a broad portfolio of Oracle Development Platform initiatives and programs.
Providing regular status updates to Leadership on progress made backed by data other measurable outcomes.
What we are looking for:
6+ years working as a program manager, project manager, technical program manager, or in a related role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Goal setting, KPI definition, Metrics definition, OKR or similar framework familiarity.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage tasks, teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to successfully and efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude, capable of identifying and implementing solutions.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
Outstanding team and cross-group collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Developer Platform, Developer Experience, complex distributed system or industry leading public cloud providers preferred.
Knowledge of the software development industry. Education in the technical area preferred or equivalent work experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
