BETTER TOGETHER The Premium Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for a variety of duties related to the Premium Revenue Cycle, including monitoring various account receivable reports; working with the Premium Reconciliation Specialists to keep accounts accurate; preparing journal entries; balancing accounts related to the Premium Revenue Cycle; reconciling EPIC back to the accounting system; assisting with audits; maintaining policies and procedures; making recommendations for process improvements; and testing system upgrades. The Premium Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for the management of programs and staff of the Premium Reconciliation Team, overseeing workflow, projects, and objectives; functioning as a resource for staff on department policies and procedures; addressing customer concerns as they arise; and attending appropriate organizational meetings. Work is performed under the general guidance, direction, and supervision of the Revenue Cycle Manager.
