JOB REQUIREMENTS: Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist - 36786 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : Per Diem, day shift. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to: * Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex patients admitted to the acute hospital in the domains of speech, language and cognition. * Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans. * Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center. * Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one\'s own practice and educate others.
