JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Accounts Representative - 32530 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM -6:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a remote position. Applicants hired into this position can work from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process. We are seeking a Patient Accounts Representative to: * Handle all communication with patients (in person, telephone, MyChart message, e-Mail, and voicemail), in a prompt and courteous manner. * Clearly explain charges, payments, account balance, and account status to patients to ensure first call resolution. * Communicate with Revenue Cycle teams, insurance companies, clinical staff/leadership, and others to resolve problem accounts.
