Position Overview The Operations Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business users and IT Application Analysts and Operations Analytics. This position has a deep understanding of SAP systems and their application in business processes and is responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing solutions to improve business operations. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance system performance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing training to end-users, and ensuring that systems are aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Essential Duties Include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate needs of the business into applicable system design solutions. Lead efforts to analyze, troubleshoot, and improve our growing business with SAP enhancements and new implementations; including process and system design, testing, validation, user training, and post go-live support. Provide production support to end users by troubleshooting system issues, analyzing processes, and recommending course of action. Partner with IT to identify solutions , perform functional testing, working with end-users to complete and document user acceptance testing, write system/user documentation, and train end users on functionality.
