We are searching for an efficient Merchandising Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This position involves a significant amount of data entry and administrative tasks to support the apparel and accessories team. This role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our proprietary system and the overall organization of our merchandising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the merchandising team, focusing on apparel and accessories.

• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into our proprietary system.

• Undertake additional office-related tasks as required.

• Utilize customer service skills to resolve customer inquiries.

• Maintain proper organization of files and records.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks.

• Perform calculations related to merchandising and inventory.

• Be involved in the buying process of art in North America, from shirts to sculptures for our e-commerce platform.

• Use your 10 key skills for data entry tasks.

• Scan documents as needed and ensure they are stored correctly.

• Typing tasks and email correspondence as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong data entry skills, including 10-key typing

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly

• Experience with organizing and managing files

• Proficiency in sending and responding to email correspondence

• Experience with scanning documents and converting them into digital formats

• Ability to type quickly and accurately

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
