Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Clerk in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is primarily based in the pharmaceutical industry and involves handling various logistical tasks related to the shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products. The workplace is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires proficiency in various management systems and Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing the shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products

• Efficiently assembling boxes for product shipping

• Handling the mailing of medications to customers

• Taking in and organizing orders from customers

• Ensuring proper packaging of medications, including those requiring refrigerated packaging

• Frequently moving and being on your feet throughout the workday

• Receiving and shelving medications in an organized manner

• Light usage of computer systems for data entry tasks

• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

• Ensuring all deliveries are handled in a timely manner Requirements • Proficiency in IBM AS/400

• Experience with Management Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suites

• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Knowledge of Cargo management

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Experience in Data Entry roles

• Ability to manage Deliveries effectively
