Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Clerk in the pharmaceutical industry. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, you will be a key player in our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Securing packages for shipment, including those requiring refrigerated packaging.

• Managing the intake of orders and ensuring proper delivery.

• Handling the shipping and receiving of pharmaceuticals.

• Utilizing IBM AS/400, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, and Cargo systems for efficient operation.

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.

• Conducting data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.

• Assembling boxes for product shipping.

• Receiving and organizing medications on shelves.

• Undertaking light computer use for operational efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in IBM AS/400

• Familiarity with Management System operations

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Understanding of cargo logistics

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in data entry tasks
