Collaborate across internal teams (IT, compliance, operations) and external partners (providers, EHR vendors) to deliver innovative interoperability solutions. Manage project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of critical milestones and objectives. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Ensure alignment with federal and state regulations, including the 21st Century Cures Act and CMS Interoperability Rules. Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies, ensuring compliance across all initiatives. Establish governance frameworks for secure health data exchange in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy standards. Stakeholder Engagement and Innovation Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and government agencies to drive collaboration and program success. Promote continuous improvement by introducing emerging technologies, such as FHIR APIs, AI, and machine learning, to enhance interoperability. Provide training and mentorship to build a knowledge-sharing culture across teams.
