Collaborate across internal teams (IT, compliance, operations) and external partners (providers, EHR vendors) to deliver innovative interoperability solutions. Manage project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of critical milestones and objectives. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Ensure alignment with federal and state regulations, including the 21st Century Cures Act and CMS Interoperability Rules. Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies, ensuring compliance across all initiatives. Establish governance frameworks for secure health data exchange in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy standards.
