Position Overview The HR Technology Analyst is responsible for the optimization of Exact Sciences\' core human resources technology systems (ServiceNow HRSD and Workday), and other related applications. In this role you will research, design, document and implement technology solutions, in partnership with HRIS and ServiceNow analysts who will configure the systems. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze system data and user feedback to identify system trends and problems, present recommendations to improve processes or user experience. Partner with HR teams to intake requests and help prioritize work for the technology teams to execute. Research additional system capabilities and present findings and recommendations. This is a hybrid position based out of our Madison, WI office location. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Collaborate with Director of HR Technology to investigate, recommend and implement HR technology best practice solutions in alignment with HR strategic initiatives, which may include systems other than Workday and ServiceNow. Serve as both functional expert and primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function. Interact with business users to gather and clarify business requirements and translate requirements into system functionality utilizing best practices and making recommendations to ensure optimal system functionality Plan for and maintain work backlog and provide status reports to leadership team. Develop in-depth understanding of core systems (ServiceNow and Workday). Track available and future features to help inform the HR technology roadmap. Analyze system performance and utilization data, report on trends and key performance indicators. Support ServiceNow upgrades, coordinate testing with subject matter experts and ensure delivered functionality performs as expected.
