Position Overview The Health Equity and Access Senior Manager, Market Access will be responsible for identifying new strategic opportunities for the application of health equity and access principles to improve patient access to the Exact Sciences test portfolio. This position will evaluate health care provider channels and the populations they serve to develop targeted health equity plans, solutions, tools, and resources based on identified internal and external needs and opportunities. This position will work collaboratively with other members of the Health Equity and Access team and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Customer Experience, etc.) to lead the development, piloting and dissemination of health equity solutions to increase utilization of the tests in Exact Sciences cancer screening and precision oncology portfolio. This role will be Remote based. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Through independent work and in collaboration with the internal market research team, identify new health care provider channels and the populations they serve where Exact Sciences application of health equity principles could expand patient access to screening or precision oncology testing and address disparities in care. Lead the development of tailored health equity solutions, tools and resources in partnership with internal commercial stakeholders and continuously improve resources based on feedback, utilization and impact. Seek input from the commercial field team (screening and precision oncology) on the health care provider channels that are challenging to address and where application of health equity principles could expand patient access and improve testing rates. Partner with medical affairs to understand current evidence on disease prevalence and incidence in target populations and on barriers to access to care of target populations.
