We are looking for an entry level Estimator to join our Madison Office\'s Preconstruction Department! This role provides great opportunity to internally grow within our Preconstruction Team. The Estimator is responsible for all aspects of project estimating including quantity takeoff, bid solicitation, and interfacing with subcontractors and suppliers to assist the Preconstruction Department in meeting project and RFP deadlines. Requirements: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics 0-3 years\' construction estimating experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have high attention to detail, strong organizational, planning and time management skills Must have positive attitude and willingness to learn We offer a competitive salary and benefits that include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) +match, PTO, paid Holidays, company sponsored events and more!
