ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Retention Representative provides professional support to our customers in a retention environment. This position provides timely and accurate resolution for inbound program related problems and requests. The RSA focuses on customer service, process expertise, timeliness, efficiency and quality-first resolution. The RSA also partners with the Customer Success team to complete administrative projects and customer specific tasks.

We are a remote-first organization with remote and hybrid employees aligned to flexible teams from office locations in Missouri, Wisconsin and the United Kingdom. The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in New York.

Pay Range: [$37,300-$44,800]

Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Resolves inbound program-related problems and requests in a retention support environment.

  • Accurately completes tasks and projects in a time-efficient manner.

  • Documents requests within the tracking management system with clear, concise and accurate information.

  • Documents issue resolution and proper process, as needed.

  • Identifies and communicates gaps in department knowledge required to solve retention support requests.

  • Maintains established service level agreements to manage customer expectations and quality standards, identifies areas for opportunity

  • Develops and maintains required retention support knowledge and skills.

  • Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follows security policies and procedures; continuously

  • Escalates complex issues to the appropriate resource; follows established escalation procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred )

  • 1+ years experience in a customer support role resolving inbound program related issues and supporting customer retention

  • Experience maintaining established service level agreements to manage customer expectations and quality standards

  • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed internet connection and dedicated work space are required

  • Must be located in: AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA or WI

Qualified Candidates should also possess the following competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be flexible with changing priorities and requirements

  • Ability to multitask efficiently

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to identify improvements and enhancements to software development and team processes

  • Ability to work in high pressure, time sensitive work environment

  • Ability to collaborate in cross functional teams
