Position : CRM Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Support Specialist to assist in the daily management and operation of our Deltek VantagePoint CRM system. This role will support the Business Development team in maintaining data accuracy, providing user support, and helping develop reports and dashboards using PowerBI . The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about using data to support business decisions.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • CRM Maintenance and Data Management : Assist with the regular upkeep of the Deltek VantagePoint CRM system, including data entry, data cleanup, and regular audits to ensure accuracy.

  • User Support : Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot basic CRM issues, escalating more complex issues to senior team members as necessary.

  • Reporting and Analytics : Support the CRM team in creating and updating reports and dashboards using PowerBI, ensuring data is presented accurately and clearly for decision-making.

  • Training and Documentation : Help prepare and update training materials and documentation to improve user understanding and engagement with the CRM system.

  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to support CRM needs and help drive adoption of the system’s tools and functionalities.

  • Data Integrity and Cleanliness : Regularly monitor and improve data quality by conducting data validation, de-duplication, and cleanup efforts under the guidance of the CRM leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, data management, or support role, working with Deltek VantagePoint CRM or similar CRM system.

  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools, with a strong willingness to expand skills in data reporting practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset and eagerness to provide user support.

  • Willingness to learn CRM and data management best practices, including data integration and hygiene.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Deltek VantagePoint.

  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools, such as PowerBI, Excel, or other data analysis software.

  • Interest in CRM and data management as a career path.

Compensation:

$24.04 - $33.65 hourly

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
