JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an experienced Lead Window Installer to lead their own window and door installation crew and oversee job site activities. What We Need From You - Window installation experience: Minimum of 2 years window installation experience is required. Door installation experience is a - plus. - Crew Lead / Supervisory experience: Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience / experience leading a crew. - Drive to succeed: We are looking for only the best to join our team. - Quality focused: We need team members who put quality first and take pride in a job well done. - Driver\'s license: Travel is required to each customers home using the company provided vehicle. - Ability to lift 50 pounds: Window installation requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Window installation experience: Minimum of 2 years window installation experience is required.
