OVERVIEW The Credit Analyst Team Lead is responsible for training the conventional credit analyst staff while striving to help maintain the overall soundness of the loan portfolio. The Credit Analyst Team Lead also works closely with credit analysts and interns on their development plans and hold them accountable to ensure the credit department is meeting the needs of the department\'s internal and external clients. Specifically, as a Credit Analyst Team Lead you will: Create and update training material for new analysts and interns. This includes onboarding materials as well as instructions of spreading financials. Delegating training instruction as needed. Review credit presentations for accuracy and hold staff accountable for quality work. Establish performance goals for members of the credit team to ensure consistently high achievement. Required to have a working knowledge on all aspects of loan policy and the ability to communicate its interpretation/rationale to other bank personnel. All work completed for the bank, both in the loan area and other areas of the bank will follow established policies and operating procedures. Work closely with manager and Senior Credit Management to take on additional tasks, projects and responsibilities to ensure the department is working efficiently as well as maintaining overall soundness of loan portfolio. The successful candidate should have: Completed Bachelor degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or other Business related field 2+ years of commercial credit analyst experience required 1+ year direct leadership experience required Strong knowledge of technology, business computer applications, and ability to pick up on new systems quickly Strong personal drive and initiative, demonstrated work ethic, and ability to work as a team Ability to work independently and use independent judgment with...
