Job Description REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT: Reports to the Commercial Operations Manager, Americas ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support a dedicated team of sales representatives and act as the primary point of contact for assigned sales region Act as deal desk support for sales region as needed Manage and create amendments, service agreements, sales agreements, distributor agreements, and other contract related documentation Review quotes and agreements to meet company discounting, regulatory, and approval policies and procedures Perform accurate data entry in SAP to facilitate timely and responsible processing of contract documentation and online orders Carry out other administrative functions, including but not limited to running ad-hoc reports for the purpose of monitoring data integrity. Responsible for assisting sales with SFDC inquires and maintaining database integrity Drive and participate in cross functional and department improvement projects QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred or Desired: 5+ years of related experience in sales or commercial operations, contract administration, order administration, and customer service is a plus Experience with Health industry and/or Capital equipment commercial sales agreements is a plus Required: BS/BA in Business Administration is desired or equivalent combination of education and work experience Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SFDC, & ERP systems (preferably SAP) Must be detailed oriented and have good organizational skills Must be positive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter Highly analytical, problem-solver, and have sound decision-making skills Strong communication skills and must be able to communicate and work with cross functional stakeholders, including senior management Must be able to work as part of a team Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to furnish proof that they...
