COMPUTER CONSULTANTS INTERNATIONAL Certified Project Manager in MADISON, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a member of Project Management team, the selected candidate will be responsible for technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives. They will develop project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts. Will work closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solve complex technical problems. Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative. Soft skills needed: Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, problem solving abilities, effective communication skills and collaborative mindset. Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies are also essential. The individual in this position will: Be responsible for technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives. Builds an effective team and directs the work of the project team to meet project milestones. Develops standards, policies, and procedures Research new technology and develops business cases to support technology services and solutions. Participate in special projects as required. Have 12+ years of project management experience with leading large and complex technical systems and services. PMP certification is required. Selected candidate must provide copies of any/all certifications as part of the hiring process. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: MANDATORY: - 12+ years of project management experience with leading large and complex database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems. - 12+ years in project management with strong customer service and relationship management experience - Experience Leading Technical and/or infrastructure projects. (10 + years) Project documentation skills and experience to support project chartering, scoping, and other project deliverables.
