What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking an Automation Specialist to design and implement automation solutions using AI, BOTs, and workflow orchestration for our cleint's wireless network transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the user research sessions

  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline network planning and construction.

  • Recommend AI-driven solutions, BOTs, and workflow orchestration strategies to introduce automation and increase efficiency

  • Collaborate with process analysts and SMEs to define implementation strategies effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automation and AI-driven solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of BOTs, AI, and workflow automation tools.

  • Experience in process analysis and optimization.

  • Experience in Miro

  • Experience with Visio

  • Experience with telecom or network construction planning if possible.

  • Experience with FIGMA is a plus

Additional Information:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $85,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
