JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: When you are part of the Job Rotation Program, you\'ll do important work that has impact, and you\'ll be supported in achieving your career goals. Our Job Rotation Program participants experience four 6-month rotation assignments in human resource positions over two years to provide broad exposure in different facets of human resources across campus. Program Highlights: -Regular interactions with senior university leadership -Hands-on experiences in diverse settings across campus gaining exposure, networking, and mentoring opportunities -Participation with cohort in on-going professional development and in building an inclusive environment -Diverse assignments across business units and organizational functions that explore generalist and specialist pathways -Eligibility and support in transitioning to a post-program role on campus including participation in our Alumni Network Rotational experiences consider individual interests and are designed and tailored by the program to meet university priorities. Employees are hired and onboarded as a cohort to provide a community experience with a focus on shared learning and contributing to the development of the program overall. All three tracks of the program - Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology, prepare rotators to be well-equipped to transition to permanent roles on campus at the end of the program.
