Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Description
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support. Responsibilities include conducting research, handling information requests, performing clerical functions, ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping. Additionally, the role involves preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. The successful candidate will also file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports, manage incoming correspondence including faxes and emails, and prepare responses to routine inquiries.
