JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The UW Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education (UW CIPE) is a highly collaborative and creative academic center at UW Madison that designs, delivers, and evaluates learning experiences to build interprofessional competencies across many groups of learners. The Center\'s mission is to work collaboratively locally, nationally, and globally to champion, integrate, and advance interprofessional practice and education to achieve better health, care, value, work experience, and to achieve health equity (The Quintuple Aim). The Center was established in 2016 and reports to the University Health Sciences Leadership Council, which is the Provost Office and the Deans of the School of Medicine and Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Veterinary Medicine. The Academic Program Specialist highly contributes to the development, implementation, administration, coordination, evaluation, and quality improvement of the Center\'s programs and initiatives to meet the mission and strategic directions. The role is highly collaborative and works directly with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. The Academic Program Specialist is instrumental in the daily operations of the Center and provides direct administrative support (in-person and remotely) to the UW CIPE Director and Assistant Director.
